Idontknow107. •. Not really. 100 Strength and 100 Hand-to-hand means each punch does 11 damage. The formula caps at 100 Strength, and it doesn't increase past that. Believe me, I've tried. You'd want to fortify Fatigue instead - around 200 or so points boosted brings the damage to 15.

In my opinion, hand to hand in Oblivion is the most usable version of the skill in all the Elder Scrolls games. Be sure to block. Blocking with hand-to-hand isn't as effective as blocking with a weapon or a shield, but it does help, and more significantly, hand-to-hand blocking has an added chance to stagger the opponent. That's about all I can think of right off. The most important thing is just to be patient and to keep tabs on your character's health.

So the main concearn with the level scaling in this build is being outpaced with damage. That means you need to raise your endurance and your strength/hand to hand skill as fast as possible. I would put H2H in the majors along with the other skills you are going to use except for 1 endurance based skill. It would be ideal to use 2 endurance.
